The system tracks every training record with its expiry date and sends alerts 30 days before expiry. This includes high-risk work licences (5-year renewal), first aid certificates (3-year renewal, annual CPR), White Cards, trade licences, and any custom training with defined renewal periods.

Every training record includes the certificate or evidence of completion, stored digitally against the worker's profile. When a SafeWork inspector or principal contractor asks for evidence of training, the records are accessible immediately from any device.
What happens without training management
A SafeWork inspector asks a worker on your site: "When were you last trained on this equipment?" The worker is not sure. You check the office — the training file is missing. The certificate might be in an email somewhere. The inspector issues an improvement notice for failure to ensure adequate training under s.19. Meanwhile, the worker's high-risk work licence expired two months ago, and nobody noticed.
